RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When We Ship:
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure live arrival and prevent weekend delays.
 

Shipping Methods:
We use fast, trackable shipping services with careful packaging to maximize live insect survival. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time:
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Live Arrival Guarantee:
We guarantee live arrival of all feeder insects when:

  •  Shipping is USPS Priority or similar option from UPS and FedEx.

  • Someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

  • You notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of any DOA (dead on arrival) insects.


Replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion after review.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INSECTS SHIPPED GROUND SERVICE WITH ANY OF THE CARRIERS!

Weather Considerations:
Extreme heat or cold can affect live insects. We recommend adding a heat pack or cold pack when ordering during extreme weather. We may delay shipping during harsh conditions to protect your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on live insects or cultures.

However, we stand by the quality of our bugs. If your order arrives damaged or the insects are DOA:

  1. Email us at sALES@spoodfood.com within 2 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product.

  3. We’ll offer a refund, credit, or replacement based on your situation.
